Outpatient Therapists offer all-inclusive mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our office based services include individual, couple/marriage, and family counseling offered in our comfortable and welcoming office.
Our specialties include but are not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Substance Abuse, Mood/Bipolar Disorders, Anger, LGBTQ+ Issues, Gender Dysphoria, Child/Parent Conflict, Martial Issues, Pre-Marital Counseling, Grief/Loss, Trauma, and Sexual Disorders, etc.
Some of our therapists also provide court ordered mental health, substance abuse, and/or VA disability evaluations.

Joseph Accardi
LCSW LCADC
Joe has experience in working with adults and children with both mental illness and substance abuse issues as well as individuals with developmental disabilities. Joe obtained both his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey. Joe has experience working with clients that have ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and oppositional defiant disorder.
Jacqueline Deniz
MSW, LCSW
Jacqueline M. Deniz, MSW, LCSW is a bilingual clinical social worker in the state of New Jersey. She obtained her master’s degree in social work from Stockton University in 2017. She has more than 20 years of experience working with children with behavioral and mental health issues in an institutional setting and an in-home environment. She has extensive experience providing individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as conducting psychoeducational classes for individuals with drug and alcohol related issues. She provides a warm, compassionate and safe environment in which individuals can learn coping skills to manage symptoms of anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship issues, generational and complex trauma, attachment issues and low self-esteem. She practices a psychodynamic and person-centered approach while providing cognitive behavioral and solution focused strategies to assist individuals achieve a fulfilling life and a sense of balance. She has the following certifications: Certified Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP), Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA), Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), and Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD).
Hours of operation are Tuesdays to Friday 3 pm to 8pm; pm. During the first visit, the clinician will meet with the client to establish rapport, assess the client's needs, and determine treatment goals.
Diana Garces

Diana is a bilingual dually licensed clinician. She earned her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Capella University. Diana has experience working with children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and oppositional defiant disorder. She also has experience working with parents and families. Diana has experience running substance abuse/co-occurring counseling and didactic groups.
Rebecca Leigh

Rebecca is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in working with individuals in the field of social work. Rebecca graduated from Rutgers University with a Clinical Degree in Social Work. Rebecca has experience in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, bi-polar disorder, self-harm behaviors, adjustment concerns, women’s issues, aging/medical needs, prenatal/post-partum anxiety and depression, grief and loss, and ADHD. Rebecca specializes in the treatment of trauma, having been trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Attachment Regulation and Competency (ARC) Framework, and holding certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional. She has also studied parenting and attachment extensively to provide support for those struggling with parenting roles and conflicts, particularly related to their children’s mental health needs. Rebecca is passionate about treating individuals in collaboration with their individual support systems and is experienced in working with all age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to her clinical experience, Rebecca is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and holds certification as an approved NASW Clinical Supervisor for social workers seeking clinical licensure in NJ.

My main focus in being an effective and supportive counselor is to provide a safe space for you to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings and emotions. I strive to make this space a comfortable one in which we can create, set, and achieve goals that are attainable for you in all aspects of your life. I am passionate about mental health and aim to provide counseling services that are tailored to meet your individual needs while utilizing evidence-based techniques specific for reaching your goals. I intend to create an environment in which my clients can feel supported and understood while exploring their emotions. My main goal is to empower clients to learn healthy coping skills to embrace life’s challenges and gain valuable insight of themselves. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a concentration in Forensic Psychology in December 2018 from Stockton University as well as my Masters in Counseling from Stockton University in May 2021. I received my License of Professional Counseling in September of 2023 after practicing for two years as a Licensed Associate Counselor. I have experience with working with clients who struggle with substance use, trauma, grief, and many emotional challenges such as anxiety and depression. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time on the beach and being outdoors, trying new food, and spending time with friends and family. I look forward to working with you.

I have worked in the field of mental health since 2018 where I discovered my passion through working at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia's partial care program for children ages 5-14. I have experience treating kids and adults with a wide variety of needs including Autism, ODD, trauma, and substance use.
Dr. Joseph Adams

Dr. Joe Adams graduated with a Bachelor’s in Psychology, a Master’s in Counseling, and a Doctorate in Psychology. Dr. Adams is dually specialized in providing care for mental health and related issues as well as addiction care as a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Dr. Adams has been professionally immersed in the field of psychology since 2006 and his experience includes working with developmental disabilities, methadone maintenance clinics, the state welfare and social services system, therapeutic communities, mental health stabilization and transition group homes, suicidality and self-harm, as an adjunct professor, and inpatient and outpatient co-occurring substance use/addiction and mental health treatment programs. In addition to being in private-practice, Dr. Adams is a Certified & Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS & CCS) and mentors new counselors pursuing initial licensure for CADC/LCADC and LAC/LPC, as well as fully licensed clinicians seeking clinical supervision for their own personal and professional development. Treasure is a trauma-informed Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience and training in the field. Treasure obtained her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Nigeria-Nsukka, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers - The State University. Treasure’s experience includes working with victims of violence, children, adolescents, and families. Treasure uses a strength-based and collaborative approach and is versed in various therapeutic modalities. Treasure holds certifications in Violence Against Women (VAWC), Adolescent Advocacy, School Social Work, and ARC-GROW.

Loretta joined the Bridge team in early 2022. Loretta graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History and spent the majority of her career in education and property management. Loretta completed her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Grand Canyon University and is now a dually licensed counselor and enjoys helping people and families affected by addiction and/or mental health in a variety of ways.

Rosa is a bilingual, dually licensed social worker with over 14 years of experience in the field. She earned her Master’s from Rutgers University. Rosa has experience in working with children and families with mental health, behavioral needs. Among these needs, children who have been diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss as well as developmental delays. Rosa also has experience working with the adolescent and adult substance abuse/ co-occurring disorder population. Rosa takes an integrated, strengths-based, and collaborative approach in working with youth and their families by incorporating various evidence-based practices such as, Solution Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Wrap-Around.
Crystal Fabrizio

Crystal is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Certified and a Clinical Trauma Professional. She is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor for counselors and interns seeking supervision toward their LCADC/CADC. Crystal is passionate about a creating a nonjudgmental and comfortable space to be able to treat the whole person. Crystal has 10 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders, as well as aiding their families and loved ones through the process. Throughout individual, couples, and/or family sessions, Crystal strives to provide a safe space for individuals to share their experiences, heal through their traumas, and utilize the self-reflection in order to move forward. Crystal takes a psychodynamic and holistic approach to those clients she works with. She is trained in trauma informed care, DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and power yoga/meditation, in order to assist individuals in reconnecting to their bodies through holistic approaches. Crystal is passionate about treating those with anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance abuse or other addictions, body image, self-esteem, grief/loss and other related areas. She is currently working toward her Ed.D in Organizational Leadership at Stockton University where she plans to further expand on her organizations, leadership, teamwork, and other skills to empower individuals.
Samantha Knocke

Samantha completed her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling and is certified as a Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner. She holds dual license in the State of NJ as a Professional Counselor and Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor. She volunteers to assist the county and state as a Disaster Response Crisis Counselor. Samantha is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She provides services to children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups. Samantha specializes in working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and severe and persistent mental illness. She is a Clinical Trauma Professional and is concerned with improving intervention to support trauma recovery for better emotional, physical and relationship health.
Allan Palush

Allan joined the Bridge team in 2023 as a Licensed Associate Counselor. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on mental health at Stockton, and went on to complete his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling there as well. Allan has enjoyed working with clients presenting with mental health and/or substance abuse needs since 2020. Allan works with his clients using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. Allan has experience working with clients individually who have been diagnosed with depression and other mood disorders, anxiety, grief, transitions and new life situations, substance use disorders, and trauma. Allan also has experience facilitating groups for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Allan is passionate about assisting clients to achieve the maximum level of psychological, social, and physical wellness possible no matter their circumstances through strengths-based strategies.
Leslie Selby

Leslie is a licensed clinical social worker and a licensed clinical drug and alcohol counselor with over 19 years of experience working with various populations in the field of Social Work. Leslie is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and trained in the Attachment, Regulation and Competency (ARC) framework specifically for the treatment of complex trauma in children, adolescents, and adults. Leslie specializes in treating adults and adolescents who suffer from Post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and substance abuse. Leslie especially enjoys helping people to gain a healthier life perspective and make sense of their past and present experiences. Leslie is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and has training in helping clients to integrate their faith into the therapeutic process. She utilizes cognitive-behavioral techniques along with dialectical, solution-focused, and faith-based interventions to provide clients with comprehensive and individualized care. Leslie believes in treating the whole person, mind, body, and spirit and is passionate about helping her clients reach their full potential.
Psychiatry
We also have psychiatric providers who works very closely in conjunction with our therapists, as appropriate. Our psychiatric providers only work with patients who are currently engaging in treatment with one of our therapists and utilize minimally-invasive, progressive, evidence-based medication approaches.
